Welcome to Jigsaw Stories. We strive to deliver products you’ll love. Since many of our products are specially made just for you, please review our policy below before placing an order.
1. Customized / Personalized Products
All customized or personalized products (including photo gifts, custom puzzles, name products, printed items, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
However, if your customized product is received in any of the following conditions, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund:
- Product received damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect personalization caused by our error
- Missing items in the package
To claim this, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Unboxing proof will be required.
2. Non-Customized Products
We carefully pack every order with care and attention. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, replacement requests may be accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided clear photos/videos are shared for verification.

- Damaged product received
- Incorrect item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Please Note
- Since each piece is made to order, returns or exchanges for preference changes are not accepted.
- Unboxing proof will be required. Replacement requests without proper proof may not be eligible.
- Minor color or finish variations may occur due to screen/display differences.
3. Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If any order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos. (Unboxing proof will be required.)
- Packaging images
After verification, we may offer:
- Free replacement
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund (depending on the issue)
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by our error
- COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, only if production/processing has not started.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
