- Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized / personalized orders may require 2–7 business days depending on design, production, and order volume.
- Orders are processed only on business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Punjab & Nearby Regions: 2–5 business days
- Major Cities in India: 3–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and local conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if provided).

7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, phone number, and pincode at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal to accept the parcel, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged Package on Delivery
If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery:
- Take clear photos before opening
- If possible, refuse delivery or note damage with the courier
- Contact us within 48 hours with proof
