• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and excessive heat.
• Keep away from water to preserve the MDF and laminated finish.

Shipping & Returns

• Made with care, just for you. Every puzzle is carefully manufactured, inspected, and securely packed before dispatch.
• Ships within 3–5 business days.
• Replacement is available only if the product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
• Any damage or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video (recorded from before opening the package) is required to process replacement requests.
• As our puzzles are made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
